Travel vaccinations

By ivo

This week I visited the GGD (Community Health Service) for the second time for my travel vaccinations. My destination and route have not yet been determined, so I needed tailor-made advice and they helped me with that. Given the number of syringes (10 units), the vaccination was divided over 2 appointments. 🦠

After the first appointment, a few weeks ago, I hardly had any problems. At most two sensitive shoulders the day after. That was not the case after the second appointment; two sore shoulders and an evening/night slight fever. But hey, this walking chemical factory is now armed against most virus disasters: Malaria - DTP - Yellow Fever - Meningococci - Typhoid fever - Rabies 1 and 2 - Hepatitus 1 and 2 - Covid19 and Altitude sickness. Hopefully the armor against bacteria will be okay too. 💩
