The morning starts right away: when I push the engine off the trestle, it loses balance and falls over. Fortunately, a bush stops the fall, so it doesn't go horizontal and the automatic SOS is not activated. Fortunately, putting it back up, with a full package, goes well for me.
Today I want to reach Wald im Pinzgau in Austria, a place I have visited before, but first past Neuschwanstein Castle in Schwangau. A large castle from the nineteenth century, built by King Lodewijk, which is still fully furnished and open to visitors. Arriving there surprised me how touristy it is. Large parking lots and lots of tourists. I don't feel like that. A little further I can still get a good view of the castle, but everything is geared to tourism. Roads from which you could have a look from a different angle or take pictures are closed. Even the airspace is closed to drones. I can get just close enough for some nice shots.
The road to Pinzgau is beautiful. Along the Plansee, the Achensee and Gerlos I only arrive at the campsite at the end of the afternoon. This one is also almost full, but luckily I can book 2 nights.
